Can I add children during the free trial?

Yes. You can create child accounts during trial. When the trial ends, we automatically activate your plan if a saved authorization is available.

How do payments work?

Payments are processed securely via Paystack. We never store card details.

Can I cancel?

You can schedule cancellation at period end from Billing. You retain access until the end of the current cycle.

What happens if the trial can’t be auto‑charged?

If there’s no saved authorization, the subscription becomes past due and you can subscribe manually in Billing.
